Royalton Grenada, An Autograph Collection All-Inclusive Resort, one of Blue Diamond Resorts' newest properties, was recognized by the Grenada Tourism Authority in New York. In an event hosted under the Pure Grenada brand on December 7th, the resort was awarded for its contribution to the development of tourism in Grenada, Carriacou & Petite Martinique.
During the event, representatives of the Blue Diamond Resorts commercial department for the US market had the opportunity to meet with tourism officials, including hoteliers and travel agents, for an intimate dinner at Allora Restaurant, located in the heart of Midtown Manhattan. As a special surprise from the GTA, awards were given to top accounts and suppliers for their commitment to delivering innovative and sustainable strategies that promote Grenada.
"Receiving this recognition motivates us even more to continue focusing our efforts to the development of this emerging travel destination, by working together with Pure Grenada to attract the most discerning travelers to our Royalton Grenada resort, which a little over a year after opening has become the perfect choice for a Caribbean getaway,” said Todd Kirlik, Senior Director, Trade Sales & Business Development for Blue Diamond Resorts.
This 269-room resort is the first in the Royalton Luxury Resorts portfolio to debut on the renowned Spice Island, with the All-In Luxury® concept that includes luxury in-room amenities, buffet and a la carte dining venues, relaxation in The Royal Spa and unique spaces for private events, weddings and honeymoons.
